Graham Hoete, also known as Mr G, is more than an artist — he is a cultural ambassador whose work bridges Māori heritage with global audiences. Through powerful visual storytelling and exceptional technical skill, his work inspires the next generation of indigenous artists while fostering appreciation for Māori culture internationally.

From large-scale murals to public art installations and creative brand activations, Mr G transforms spaces and ideas into meaningful cultural experiences. His work combines authenticity, narrative, and visual impact, creating projects that connect deeply with communities and audiences.

 

Over the past two decades he has collaborated with globally recognised organisations and brands including Star Wars, Disney, and the FIFA World Cup, as well as delivering creative activations for brands such as Nissan, Farmlands and others. These collaborations span large-scale public artworks, cultural storytelling projects, and dynamic brand experiences that capture global attention.
